A First Meeting

Ah. The good old unknown. 
It's always a cause for stress if I think on it too much. 
*shakes head*

So today both of my managers at work gave me the heads up. (Yay heads up) 
That our new Head Manager would be dropping by for a "Meet and Greet" today.

It wasn't anything official to the rest of the store.
Mostly he was coming by to meet the managers and such.
I just would happen to be there as he was dropping by towards the end of my shift.

Which of course.
Started the creative wheels turning.
Wondering what this new manager would be like. 
How he's going to run the store.
What he's going to look like.
What his personality is.

You know, all the usual questions that happen when you're about to meet someone you've never met before.

As it's going to be another period of adjustment.
Figuring out how to work with the guy and such.

Though it's going to take a bit.
Because the dude is basically going to be running two stores.
As they're still needing a manager to replace him at his old store. 

So he's only going to be coming to our store like once a week until everything is all sorted away.
Which means for another month or two....I'm still going to barely see the guy.
It will depend on which day he decides to come in really.

But at least I got to meet him today.
First impression is that he seems to be pretty cool.
As an energy of "let's get this done" around him. Good personality and such. 
We'll see how the impression changes.

But yah. Adjustment is going to be fun with him as the Head guy.
