Gonna keep this short because I've had a migraine allllll day.
But you know how I said yesterday that it's not common for people to claim that they got the wrong change?
Well, one of my fellow managers messaged our group chat (as I wasn't at work today) saying that a crazy lady came into work like right at close claiming that she had been shorted $10 tonight.
She was a lot...more mean...yelling at our cashiers and claiming that they 'started' it and that she 'knew we were closed and wanted to go home' but her $10 was far more important than that.
*shakes head*
She sounds like a lunatic.
But the manager on duty ended up giving her the $10 she claimed she hadn't gotten.
And thankfully the tills were accurate when they were counted later on. So the lady had actually been shorted $10.
And while she could have gone about it in a nicer fashion. Or you know...waited until the morning to come back and definitely could have not yelled at my employees....
It's crazy that for two nights in a row. Two different people who were helped by two different employees, both ended up being short $10.
Like what are the odds?
Crazy Crazy.
Until you next find these words;
I'll be watching the leaves.
Enjoy the day!
