-Study the New Testament
-Your attitude on Sunday is reflected by how you dress ad reflects your attitude to God
-Dress appropriately on Sunday. That doesn't mean you have to stay in full Sunday dress, but dress in such a way you'll keep the spirit.
-Be an example of the Believers of Christ.
-Let your light be a standard for the nations
-Remember the blessings and opportunities that can be yours if you keep the sabbath day holy.
Sister Jean A. Stevens
-Children are the key to helping us become like Christ.
-Be receptive to the spirit.
-Be the first to love and the first to give.
-Look for opportunities to serve others.
-Within families we can see divine attributes of love.
- If we have a heart to learn and follow example of children we can have spiritual growth that will help us change for the better.
Elder Walter F. Gonzalez
-Invite people to see what the church can add into their lives
-True followers of Christ (no matter what religion) are loving people.
-Follow Christ under any circumstance, he will assist you. You are not alone.
-Love is a powerful influence in our heart. It can inspire us in showing love to others.
-We are happier if we follow the teachings of Christ.
Elder Kent F. Richards
-Pain is a gauge to the healing process
-We are responsible for spiritual pain because of our sins and lack of repentance. There is a cure, return unto Christ and be converted.
-It will comfort us as we got through pain and are waiting for relief that Christ knows our pain and will help us get through it.
-Christ heals ALL who come to him. None are turned away.
Elder Quentin L. Cook
-Women (no matter the religion) are incredible.
-Women of all faiths are by every measure more religious
-We are daughters of our Heavenly Father
-Women are equal partners in marriage to men.
-Women by divine nature have greater gifts in the home. Its amazing when they sacrifice their home life, like the pioneer women who crossed the plains, to follow Christ.
-Much that is accomplished in the church is due to women and their faith.
-Even when the sisters serve they are thinking "If I could only do more."
-Women aren't considered less valiant if they choose to work outside the home.
President Henry B. Eyring
-Participate in Gods work and help people in need.
-Be committed to Act
-Sympathy turns to unselfish action.
-You cannot give a crust to the Lord without receiving a loaf of bread in return.
-You can't give yourself poor. Help God's children and he will bless you.
-Draw your family into the work. Don't work alone. Teach your family the principles of giving.
President Boyd K. Packer
-Leave it alone, nothing will bring it back, nothing you do can change it. (talking about trials of the past)
-To you who have been offended; Forgive and Leave it alone.
-If you're carrying a burden; Forget it and Lave it alone.

-Don't let your fears displace your faith.
-You can't pick and choose the commandments you will or won't keep.
-All trials will give you experience and bring you good.
-How you deal with your trials reflects your faith.
-You don't have to fight battles alone.
-The future is as bright as your faith.

-Selfishness and Greed are used by Satan to attack the family.
-Satan is doing everything in his power to destroy the family.
-Put the needs and concerns of others first.
-Family is like a rope. When all the members work together the rope is stronger then one strand working alone.

-Everyone has worth because we are children of God.
-While we believe fully in a mighty change of heart, it occurs gradually over time.
-Don't have higher standards for others then you have for yourself.
-Don't be too hard on yourself or too causal about mistakes.
Elder Dallin H. Oaks
-Don't fix your highest priorities on acquiring possessions but on spiritual things.
-Don't serve for power or honor of the world.
-When we have a vision of the future our desires move towards that future.
-What we desire is what we will become.
Elder M. Russell Ballard
-Keep life simple.
-Gods love isn't always manifest through heroic deeds, but more often through simple deeds.
-Speak words of support and encouragement to others.
