I am never going to understand our last minute customers.
Like I get the people who rush in the last second to grab a bag of food for their pet.
But I don't quite get the guy who wandered in tonight two minutes before close to use our bathroom. Like....okay? Why....why?
But the customers I'll never understand are the people who come in in the last 5-10 minutes we're open....to buy fish.
Like guys.
You had ALL FREAKING DAY to come into the store to get fish and NOW right before we CLOSE you decide you desperately need them?!
I don't get it.
And it literally feels like it happens every single night.
At least every night that I close.
But other coworkers have voiced their irritation about this trend so I know it doesn't only happen when I'm the one closing.
Like...what's soooo important about your fish that you need to come in right before we close to get them?
And what is sooo UNimportant about your fish that you couldn't MAKE TIME to come into the store earlier in the day?
Seriously.
I don't understand those customers.
Until you next find these words;
I'll be watching the leaves.
Enjoy the day!
