~Don't hold onto grudges. Let them go. Learn to forgive.
~It may be the hardest work we do to forgive others, but its wroth it. We'll be better off because of it.

~Every member of the church has the same sacred charge: to take upon his name to be a witness of him, to do service in his name. If you do this you will be blessed with Eternal Life.
     ~We promise to:
          1. Be Charitable
          2. Be a Witness of God
          3. Endure
~All who give service and all who receive it will feel the love of God.
~The work may be hard, but it is a happy work.
~In time, feelings of charity will become a part of your very nature.
~Be a bold witness of Jesus Christ, even in peril.
~Follow your duty, even if others would rather you didn't fulfill it.
~The Book of Mormon will effect your character and from the examples in the book you can find power to do God's will.

~Even when you appear to be alone, exercise faith. Believe in your Heavenly Father, fallow his will.
~The purpose of our life here on earth is to grow, develop and be strengthened, to learn for ourselves, and have experiences.
~It is to see if we will exercise agency to follow him.

~There is no middle ground with the Book of Mormon.
-It claims to be the word of God. Do you believe it is or it isn't?
