Called to Serve

It happened today.
Sometimes it seemed like it would never happen.
That this day would never come.
And other days, it came waaaay too quickly.

My Brother, the missionary.
We sent him to the MTC today.
To prepare to serve the Lord,
In Georgia.

It's rather cool actually. :) For the next couple of weeks all of us kids will be living in CollegeTown.
Almost like us growing up, only....we're all living in separate places and Kikay and I can't go visit Meralto on Sunday for dinner. ;) haha.
Still, it's kinda fun to have the Dirchi kids 'all together' down here.
 
lol and Yes, it's really cool that Meralto has decided to serve a mission. :D
I'm really proud of him for taking this step to go serve the Lord.

And I'll probably manage to keep the tears back after today, after getting one last hug from him.
Until Thanksgiving.
and Christmas,
and other holidays/events where we'd gather together as a family.
His presence will definitely be missed then.

But for now.
I hope he's having the time of his life and that he'll use his talents and abilities to bring happiness and peace to the people of Georgia.

Until we meet again Brother....

Don't annoy too many companions with that bouncy ball. ;)
